Shipping & Order Status  

How long does it take to process my order? 

Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped. 

 

Can I check my order status or tracking information? 

Your tracking information will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days. Once the email has been sent, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to populate.
If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us. We are happy to check. 
 

Where do you ship to?

Orders can be shipped within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and to APO/FPO address (some restrictions apply). 
 
At this time, Apadisa bility does not ship internationally or to P.O. Box addresses. We apologize for any inconveniences. 

How can I get free shipping? 

We offer free shipping for purchases made over $100 EUR. 
 

I made a mistake on my shipping address. Can I change the shipping address on my order?  

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please call (+43)3412321759 immediately to cancel your order and place it again. 

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange my order? 

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Items that do no meet this criteria will not be accepted. 

All sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.
